    Access and roles

Why can I not sign in?

Create an account at /register and verify your email before signing in. If the email does not arrive, check spam or use Resend verification email. For a forgotten password, use /forgot-password.

Forgot your password? Use the Forgot password? link on the sign-in screen.

Can I use pesticide search without an account?

Yes. Pesticide search is public. Farm, SIPP, and other features require signing in.

How do I give my worker access to my farm?

Fill in the Supervisor (Manager) field on the farm form with that worker's user ID.

A supervisor can view the farm, record activities, and manage plots. They cannot delete the farm or change the supervisor.

To revoke access, clear the Supervisor field again.

Why can a supervisor not delete my farm?

This is intentional. A supervisor is given access to work, not to remove data. Only the owner can delete a farm or change the supervisor.

I am a supervisor. Why does the farm not appear for me?

Make sure the farm owner has entered your user ID correctly and saved the change. A supervisor only sees farms they have been linked to.

    Farms and plots

What is the difference between a farm and a plot?

A farm is the whole area. A plot is a section inside it. If you have four paddy blocks, that is one farm with four plots.

Split into plots when the crop, plant date, or management approach differs between parts of your land.

Do I have to fill in the plant date?

It is strongly recommended. The plant date lets the system calculate crop age, estimate the harvest date, and align the Crop Calendar. Without a plant date, your plot appears in the Incomplete tab on the dashboard.

My farm area does not match the total plot area. Is that wrong?

No. Farm area is the figure you enter for the whole land. Total plot area is calculated from the plots you created. If you have not yet split every part of the land into plots, the numbers will legitimately differ.

Can I move a plot to another farm?

No. A plot belongs to its farm. If you need to, create a new plot in the correct farm and delete the old one.

What happens when I delete a farm?

All plots, activities, photos, and expenses for that farm are deleted too. The system asks you to type the farm name to confirm. There is no undo once confirmed.

Can I recover a deleted farm?

No. There is no restore function in the app. If the data is important, ask an administrator to check the database backups, and even then it depends on when the last backup was taken.

    Activities

What is the difference between Planned, Done, and Skipped?

    StatusMeaningAppears where
PlannedNot done yetNeeds Attention (if due today or overdue) or Upcoming
    DoneCompletedPast
SkippedDeliberately not doneStays on record, not counted as overdue

The activity form only offers Done and Planned. A Skipped status only appears on records that came from a schedule import.

How do I mark an activity as done?

Open the activity, press Details to expand the card, then press the Done control. It moves from Needs Attention to Past.

Can I edit an activity that is already done?

Yes. Open the activity and choose edit. This is useful for correcting a wrong dose, cost, or note.

Why does my activity not appear in the Needs Attention tab?

That tab only loads activities scheduled for today or already overdue. Future-dated activities are in Upcoming, and completed ones are in Past.

I pressed Log Activity but the Season form appeared. Why?

A plot needs an active season before activities can be recorded. Start a season first by entering the crop and plant date; after that the activity form opens as usual.

This matters because the season is how the system attributes cost, sprays, and yield to the correct crop cycle.

My activity list stops partway. Why?

Each tab loads a small number of records first so the page opens quickly. Press Load more below the list to load more.

How do I delete all activities at once?

Open the plot and choose Clear All Activities. The system asks you to type a confirmation word. Activity photos are deleted as well.

Remember: this cannot be undone. If you only want to fix a bad import, try deleting just the wrong activities first.

My activity spans several days. How is it shown?

Long-range activities are split by day context: Starting today, In progress, and Ending today. This makes it clear what is happening right now instead of showing one long block.

    Products and the LRMP link

Why does it matter whether a product is linked to LRMP?

When an activity is linked to LRMP, the system can calculate PHI, track MOA rotation, detect resistance risk, and suggest alternative products.

If you type a product manually, that link is empty and the features above will not work for that activity.

My product is not in the search list. What should I do?

Type the product name Manually. You can still record the activity; only the MOA and PHI based features will be incomplete.

If the product should be in the database, send feedback with the product name and LRMP registration number so an administrator can review it.

    Schedule import

What happens to my activities when I import a schedule?

Activities from the previous schedule import for that plot are replaced. Activities you recorded manually are not deleted.

The system asks for confirmation before proceeding.

Can I import two schedules into one plot?

You can, but the second import replaces the result of the first. Think of an import as "this is my plan for this plot", not "add one more plan".

The standard schedule differs from my farm practice. Can I change it?

Yes. Import the schedule as a starting point, then edit the dates, doses, and costs activity by activity to match your actual practice.

My import failed with an invalid file message. Why?

The import form accepts a JSON file in the AgroDex schedule format. Other formats, or JSON files with a different structure, are rejected. If you are unsure of the format, pick a schedule from the in-app list first.

Which day do schedule days start from?

Schedules are typically anchored to the starting date you set during import. Day 0 is usually the starting day, for example the sowing day. Make sure the starting date is correct before pressing Import.

    PHI and harvest safety

    What is PHI?

PHI (Pre-Harvest Interval) is the waiting period between the last spray and the time it is safe to harvest. It exists to ensure pesticide residue on the produce stays within permitted levels.

Why is my PHI calculator empty?

The calculator needs at least one pest control or disease control activity on that plot. If there is none yet, log a spray first.

Once an activity exists, select that spray from the list and enter the PHI value in days, taken from the product label. The system then calculates the safe harvest date for you.

The calculator says "Not yet safe - wait". Can I ignore it?

Do not ignore it. That figure shows how many days remain before the safe harvest date. Harvesting too early can leave pesticide residue on the produce.

Is the PHI value in the system definitive?

No. The value in the system is a planning aid. Always check the product label for the accurate PHI, because it can vary by product, formulation, and crop.

    MOA and pest resistance

    What is MOA?

MOA (Mode of Action) describes how a pesticide acts on the pest. Pesticides are grouped under the IRAC, FRAC, and HRAC schemes.

Why did I get a "Repeated MOA risk" warning?

Because the same MOA was used several times in a row. Pests can develop resistance when the same pesticide is used repeatedly without rotation.

How do I resolve the MOA warning?

Switch to a pesticide with a different MOA for the next spray. The in-app tip: rotate MOA every 2-3 sprays.

Use the MOA Map or MOA Index pages to find different MOA groups.

I already switched products but the warning is still there. Why?

The tracker evaluates the sequence of recent sprays. The warning clears once your spray pattern shows a healthy rotation, not immediately after one switch. Also make sure those spray activities are genuinely linked to an LRMP product.

    Crop seasons

What is a season and why do I need one?

A season is one planting cycle on a plot, from planting to harvest. It lets you compare cost, spray count, and yield between cycles. Without seasons, all activities on that plot pile into one large heap.

How do I start a season?

In the Seasons panel on the plot detail page, press Start New Season and fill in the season title, crop, plant date, and expected harvest date.

How do I end a season?

Press End Season and fill in the actual harvest date, yield, and observations. After that, the plot has no active crop until you start a new season.

The system asks whether you want to start a new season immediately.

Why can I not start a new season?

Most likely a season is still active. End the current season first, then start the new one.

My old season records cannot be edited. Why?

Completed seasons are kept as history and marked read-only. This keeps past performance records accurate. To leave the history view, press Back to current season.

What happens to activities when I delete a season?

All activities belonging to that season are deleted with it. The system tells you how many activities are involved and asks you to type the season name to confirm. This cannot be undone.

What happens to the plot plant date when a season ends?

When a season ends, the crop and plant date on the plot are cleared. This prevents the plot from looking like it is actively planted.

    Expenses

What is the difference between Cash and Credit?

    • Cash - you have already paid.
    • Credit - you owe the money. This amount appears in the Unpaid Credit card on the dashboard.

How do I mark a debt as paid?

Open that expense and mark it as paid. The Unpaid Credit card updates accordingly.

Why should I fill in "Account Name"?

So you can track how much you have paid to a person or company. Account names are stored as separate records per farm, so spelling variations no longer break your totals.

    Can I attach receipts?

Yes. Each expense accepts a receipt or invoice image. Images are compressed automatically before upload.

    Inventory

Why did my stock change without me changing it?

You may have accepted an inventory suggestion after recording a spray. The system suggests a matching stock deduction, and if you confirm it, the stock is deducted.

Every change is recorded in the Stock log, so you can review what happened and when.

    What is the minimum threshold?

Your own warning level. When the quantity drops below this value, the item is flagged Low stock and appears in alerts and in the Farm Assistant.

Set the minimum threshold at a level that is meaningful to you, for example enough quantity for one spray round.

Why should I link an inventory item to LRMP?

That link lets the system match your stock with spray activities and with product suggestions. Without the link, automatic matching does not happen.

Can I delete an inventory item?

Yes. The system asks for confirmation. If you only want the stock to go back to zero, it is better to record a deduct transaction so the history is preserved.

    Photos

    Which image formats are accepted?

JPEG, PNG, and WEBP. The system compresses images automatically before upload, so you do not need to resize them yourself.

Why did my photo fail to upload?

    Common causes:

    • The file is still too large after compression (limit is 4.5MB)
    • The format is not JPEG, PNG, or WEBP
    • The internet connection dropped during upload

Try again with a smaller image or a supported format.

    What photos are worth taking?

The most useful for your records:

    • Leaves or fruit showing disease or pest symptoms
    • Before and after a spray
    • Receipts or invoices for expenses
    • A plot cover image showing overall condition

    Are my photos uploaded quickly?

Activity photos are compressed up to 1600px and plot cover images up to 960px before upload. This reduces your data usage and speeds up the upload.

    Display and technical

How do I switch between BM and EN?

Use the language switcher in the sidebar or header. Your choice is stored in this browser and used on future visits.

How do I switch between light and dark theme?

Use the theme switcher in the sidebar. Your choice is stored in your browser.

Why do the Relong units not change when I switch language?

Relong Kedah and Relong P Pinang are official local units. Their names are deliberately kept in the original language to avoid confusion.

My data did not change even though I just edited it in another tab. Why?

If you have the same plot open in two tabs, changes may take a moment to appear. Reload the page, or click on that tab so the system refreshes the data.

The page feels slow. What can I do?

    • Reduce the number of favourite plots if the dashboard shows too many cards
    • Use the tab filters and Load more rather than scrolling extremely long lists
    • Avoid opening many Farm tabs at once

Can other users see my farm data?

No. Farm data is isolated by ownership. Only you and the supervisor you assign can see your farm. System administrators can access data for support and audit purposes.

Can I export all my data?

Yes, at plot level. Use Export CSV for activity data in spreadsheet form, or Print PDF for a print-ready report.
