Access and account
Do I need an account to use SIPP?
Yes. SIPP requires an AgroDex account sign-in. Without signing in, the step cards show Login to start and Login to submit.
Can I use SIPP on my phone?
Yes. Every SIPP page adapts to phone screen sizes.
Is SIPP the same as AgroDex SIPP Kiosk?
No. SIPP Kiosk is the public, no-sign-in page for farmers at a kiosk, and it only generates a printable summary. SIPP is the signed-in channel that stores orders, tracks the subsidy balance, and provides Order History.
Allocation and subsidy balance
What is Subsidy Allocation?
It is the subsidy amount you set for your orders. It defines the maximum amount you can use.
What is the difference between Allocation, Used, and Remaining Balance?
Subsidy Allocation: the amount you set.
Used: the value of the current or submitted orders.
Remaining Balance
: allocation minus the used amount.
Can I change the allocation later?
Yes. Type a new value in the 1 Subsidy Allocation card and click Save. The old value is replaced for new quotation calculations; existing orders stay unchanged. This is a self-declared reference amount, not subsidy approval from PPK.
Why is the Submit Quotation button disabled?
Two common reasons: the allocation has not been set, or the order total exceeds the remaining balance. Check the Total subsidy insufficient for this order warning, then reduce quantities, remove products, or raise the allocation.
Products
How do I find a specific pesticide?
Use the search box in the catalog for a product name or active ingredient, or use the category chips. For extra filters such as price range, active ingredient, pest target, and manufacturer, open Advanced Filters.
Why does the active ingredient of some products say "tiada"?
That product has no recorded active ingredient in the catalog yet. Its price and category are still shown.
Can I see a product's pest targets?
Yes. Open the product card to see Pest Targets with local and scientific names, plus Product Details such as pack size.
Why does no product appear when I use filters?
The filters may be too narrow. Press Clear All to remove every filter, or switch the category chip back to All.
Orders
Does the quotation go straight to PPK?
No. SIPP generates a quotation for you to print and bring to PPK. There is no automatic delivery to PPK and no payment is processed.
Can I change an order after submitting it?
A submitted order cannot be edited. Delete it, then select the products again and submit a new quotation.
Can I delete an order?
Yes, as long as the order belongs to your account. Use Delete Order on the order detail page, or tick the boxes and use Delete Selected on the order history page. A deleted order cannot be restored.
What happens to my subsidy balance when I delete an order?
The balance is updated, because the deleted order value is no longer counted as used.
What does the Submitted status mean?
Submitted means your quotation has been recorded in the system and is ready to print. Other statuses such as Approved, Rejected, Fulfilled, or Cancelled are set later by the party that manages the subsidy.
Where are my past orders?
All past orders are in Order History (/sipp/orders), reachable from the Your Activity card on the landing page. The page shows the order number, date, product and unit counts, order total, status, and view or delete actions.
Printing
How do I print a quotation?
Open the order, press Print Quotation, then press Print on the print page to open the browser print dialog.
Can I save the quotation as PDF?
Yes. In the browser print dialog, choose Save as PDF or the equivalent, then save the file.
What is on the printed quotation?
The AgroDex SIPP letterhead, the order number and date, a product table with unit price, quantity and total, plus the total price, subsidy allocation, and remaining balance.
