Saving changes

  • Update the fields you need.
  • Press Save profile.
  • While it runs, the button shows Saving....
  • On success, Profile updated. appears above the form.

Display name is required. If that field is empty, the system rejects the save and shows Display name is required.

About the preferred language

  • Use app default: follows the current in-app language choice. Any previously stored language preference is removed.
  • Bahasa Melayu or English: sets your language permanently.

After you press Save profile, the app switches to the chosen language immediately, and every later visit uses it.

About the default crop

Default crop is stored with your profile so your crop preference lives in one place. Leave it empty if you do not need it.

2. Change password

The second section changes your account password.

  • Fill in Current password.
  • Fill in New password (at least 8 characters).
  • Repeat it in Confirm new password.
  • Press Change password. While it runs, the button shows Changing....
Password and active sessions sections

On success, Password changed successfully. appears and the password fields are cleared.

Checks performed before submitting:

The new password and the confirmation differNew passwords do not match.
The new password is shorter than 8 charactersNew password must be at least 8 characters.
The current password is wrongCurrent password is incorrect.
The session has been open too longYour session is no longer fresh. Sign out and sign back in before changing your password.

3. Active sessions

The third section lists every device currently signed in to your account.

Each row shows:

  • The device and browser type (user agent).
  • The IP address and the date the session started.
  • A Current session badge on the device you are using now.
  • A Revoke button to end that session.

The Revoke all other sessions button at the top right ends every session except the current one.

After the action, Session revoked. or All other sessions revoked. appears.

If the list cannot be read, the message Your session is no longer fresh. Sign out and sign back in to view or revoke active sessions. is shown; sign out and sign back in, then reopen this page.

4. Sign out

The Sign out button in the profile section ends the session on this device and takes you out of the app. While it runs, the button shows Signing out....

Signing out does not end sessions on other devices. For those, use Revoke or Revoke all other sessions in the Active sessions section.

5. Delete account

The Data and privacy section lets you review the effect of deleting your account before taking a permanent action. Press Review deletion impact; this only reads record counts and does not change any data.

Automatic deletion also removes the account's SIPP cart, orders, and balance. To continue:

  • Review the Farm, SIPP, and feedback summaries.
  • If you own any Farms, confirm that every Farm, its child records, and its images will be deleted with the account.
  • Enter your Current password.
  • Type DELETE in upper case.
  • Press Permanently delete account.

When successful, every account session ends and you are taken out of the app. This cannot be undone once processing begins.

Related SIPP line items are removed with their order. Audit logs are reduced to minimum evidence without a direct link to your account. Farms that you manage for someone else are not deleted; your manager access is removed, and images and free-form notes you added to those records are cleared.

7. Security tips

  • Use a strong password. At least 8 characters, and avoid reusing a password from another service.
  • Check Active sessions regularly. Revoke any device you do not recognise.
  • Change your password after a suspected leak. Then revoke all other sessions so old devices can no longer reach the account.
  • Do not share accounts. Each person should have their own account so activity stays traceable.
  • Sign out on shared devices. If you use a shared computer, press Sign out when you finish.
  • Your display name is synced into the system records so session-based screens stay consistent with your profile.
